Healing Hearts Counselling

Healing Hearts Counselling is a mental health service provided by Move N Improve Canada - a nonprofit organization helping people balance their body, mind, and soul through its fitness and wellness programs.

Are you exhausted from the same pattern of struggles repeating over and over? Are you feeling lost, anxious, worried, depressed, and not know who to turn to? Are you losing sleep, appetite, and mobility or do you look for solutions midnight in the fridge? I am willing to walk beside you in your journey of turning your struggles into strengths. In our therapeutic alliance, we can rediscover your healthier self which is already within you. We will take a holistic approach in psychotherapy to cater to your cultural and spiritual sensitivities in balancing your body, mind, & soul.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist graduated with a Masters degree in Psychotherapy and Spiritual Care (MPS) from the University of Toronto. I am a member of Canadian Association of Spiritual Care, CRPO, and CCPA. I am trained in EMDR as a trauma therapist, I have received my Grief and Bereavement Therapist training from Heart House Hospice. I am also a Group Fitness Instructor and a Nutrition Coach certified by Canadian Fitness Professional. I have an M.Sc. from University of Waterloo.

Above all, I am a human being who is following her calling of listening to people at the heart level. You will find a safe, non-judgmental, neutral, compassionate, and non-anxious space in my presence to feel heard and accepted. I have empowered myself to healing and now I am on the path of serving others to discover their meaning and purpose in life.
